Community Council Training was held from Augest 4th to 7th, 2000
From Augest 4th to 7th, 2000, the Rural Community Council Training,
which was hosted by the Phelex Foundation, the Phelex(H.K.) Foundation,
the Canadian Society Civil Program and the China Charity Federation,
was held at the Beijing Adult Education Institute. There were 93 representatives
(21 females among them), which were from 17 provinces(or municipalities)
and 12 nationalities(Han, Manchu, Mongol, Tibetan,Tujia, Hui, Sala,
Buyi, Zhuang, Molao, E'lunchun), participating in this seminar.
The topics of this seminar included the Civil Aid System about rural
education in China, funds raising Mechanism, and financial democratically
decision-making procedure.
